R&B Climate Control is a local and well established HVAC company seeks experienced INSTALLER for growing HVAC company. Applicants must have a strong customer service orientation and progressive/demonstrated experience in an HVAC environment. Minimum two years’ experience in ductwork, duct fittings, and equipment installation required. Effective time management skills required.
Job Title: Experienced Installer
Starting Salary: $16-$18 per hour
Job Description: Primarily responsible for removing, installing and starting up HVAC systems, including ductwork systems. Work closely with installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards. Supervise the work of installers helper, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Job Requirements:
- Good Driving Record
- Installers must have 2 years Residential installation experience
- Great communications skills
- EPA certified
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
- Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
- General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
- Obtain all Installer based NATE Certifications and keep status current
- Ability to test and balance systems
- Understand and apply all codes for residential
- Excellent verbal skills
- Professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Able to follow daily travel schedule
