Job Title: Service Technician – Experienced
Starting Salary: $15-$18 per hour (with commission opportunities)
Position Summary: To provide maintenance, repair and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Demonstrate mechanical, electrical and technical aptitude.
• Communicate diagnostic and recommendations well to homeowner.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
• Able to operate a mobile processing system
• Possess tools needed
• EPA Universal certification.(or willingness to become certified)
Qualifications desired:
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
• NATE Certified
• 3 + years experience.
